What’s included:
Your first visit includes a full consultation and your first acupuncture treatment. We’ll talk through what’s going on, review your health history, and create a plan that fits your life.

When it’s time for treatment, you’ll lie back fully clothed on a cozy table with infrared heat and calming music. Treatments happen in a shared space alongside a few other resting patients—this is called community acupuncture. You’ll still get one-on-one attention, just without a private room. Many people find it comforting, cozy, and surprisingly peaceful.

We’ll gently place tiny, hair-thin needles in specific points—and you’ll rest for 30–40 minutes. Most people barely feel them, and many fall asleep.

Most people start with weekly treatments, then come less often as things improve.

• A calm, shared space with cozy treatment tables
• One-on-one time to ask questions and get settled
